At Vault X, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
